The instructions after the install of IPH-CE / user registration
[notice after user registration]
  		• [connecting number ] will disappear ,if you run hardware reset of PDA.
    Please make sure to make a back-up of the PDA.
  		• Write down your registered connecting number and mail address in memo avoid forgetting them. Hence, you can remember them in case that you forgot.
    The instruction after the install of IPH-CE and the registration of user
     
    The registration method of destination
    1.Select the [registration] ->[telephone directory] from tool bar.
    2.Select the new button.
    3.Input the name and connecting number of destination.
    4.If the other side is using extension number ,please input the extension number.
    [notice]
    The [use extension number] of setting dialogue means you can receive incoming by extension number.
    Even if you have not been checked the box of [use extension number] ,you can call the destination by extension number.
    5.
    		Input the password if the other side has set the password.
    *input the connecting/extension number/password in one-byte characters.
    6.Complete the registration of destination by tapping the button of [OK].
    The method of making a call
    [if you do not use the telephone directory]
    1.If you want to make a call by [Image Phone], please select [Image Phone] button.
    2.Please input the Image Phone number of destination PC/PDA (connecting number) by 10Key button.
    If you have extension number , please input if after the connecting number .
    3.Tap the [connection] button.
    [if it has been registered in the telephone directory]
    1.If you want to make a call by [Image Phone] ,please select [[Image Phone] button.
    If you want to make a call by [IP Phone] ,please select [telephone] button.
    2.Select the destination PC/PDA (connecting number) from telephone directory.
    3.Tap the [connection] button.
    How to answer a call
    1.When receiving incoming ,the dialogue of checking incoming will be displayed and the incoming sound rings.
    2.Tap the [incoming] button if you want to answer the phone and click the [refuse] button if you do not want to answer it.
     
    Function setting
    Receive incoming automatically
    It is connected automatically when receiving a call.
     
    Use the extension number.
    Check it when you use router and plural Pasotel 2 in the same LAN.
    If you check it in the condition of being connected in LAN , the extension number will be displayed automatically.
    The extension number will be decided by the local IP address and the TCP port number you use will be changed.
    (example: when the local IP address is 192.168.0.10 ,the extension will be 10 and the TCP port number will be 17286(17276+10). )

    If you use DHCP connection the extension number can not be used.
    Please use the fixed local IP address in order to use the extension number.
     
    Register the incoming at telephone directory.
    The Image Phone number of destination will be registered automatically.
     
    Do not receive image when incoming comes.
    Do not receive image from the other side when incoming comes.
     
    Do not send image to the other side when incoming comes.
    Do not send image to the other side when incoming comes when connecting with SDIO camera.
     
    Function setting when calling
    The availableness and invalidation of sending image
    Activate or invalidate sending image.
     
    the change of transmission rate
  • If the voice breaks up, Please click on transmission rate button and turn down the transmission rate.
  • If click on [transmission rate] and turn up it, the fast motion video can be obtained in high rate network.
    •  
    the change of image quality.
  • You can change the image resolution of incoming by [large/small size] button.
  • You can even change the image quality circumstantially if you tap when the button has been selected.
    •  
    the change of display
  • If you select the big size button and press the button of [full screen] ,the image will be displayed in full of the screen.
    • (if you tap the image , it will return to standard image in the condition of full screen.)
     
    brightness setting
  • Set the brightness of the incoming image
    •  The image will become brighter when you press the + button.
     The image will become darker when you press the - button.
     The brightness will be set the standard one if you press the middle button.
     
    The confirmation of connecting number
    You can check your connecting number in the setting dialogue.

    Automatic answering Image Phone connecting test time: connecting test is available for 24 hours.
